From the District Office: A Healthy Youth Clinic, housed at CMS, provides medical services to Creswell youth age 18 and under the first Thursday of each month.  Call PeaceHealth at 541-942-6614 to schedule an appointment.  There is no charge to children without health insurance.  Also, dental services are available through June 30 for uninsured children at the Lane Community College Dental Clinic at no cost to the family, thanks to funding from the Oregon Community Foundation.  Services include cleaning, x-rays, dental exam and restorative services. Call the LCC Dental Clinic at (541) 463-5206 for more information or to schedule an appointment for your school age children, ages 5-18.

From Creslane:  The next Creslane Coffee Chat with Principal Beck is scheduled for Tuesday, May 7 at 6:00 p.m. in the Creslane library.  A PTO meeting will follow.

To help with next year’s class assignments, please return your parent input letters by Wednesday, May 8.

Kindergarten students will host a Mothers’ Day Tea on Friday, May 10.

From Creswell Middle School:  On Tuesday, the 8th grade band students will “move up” to CHS and spend the afternoon with the high school bands.  Their Spring Concert will be at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 9 in the CHS Commons.

On Thursday, the Mrs. Thomas’s Survival Skills class will be making lunch for the Creswell Food Pantry. This is their second year providing a healthy lunch for the staff and for the community members who receive food boxes.

The hanging baskets being sold by the Washington DC travelers will be delivered on Friday, May 10.  Orders can still be placed by calling the CMS office at 541-895-6091.  Cost is $15.

From Creswell High School:  The CHS Spring Concert is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. in the Commons on Thursday, May 9.

The CHS Drama Club will present the comedy “A Doctor in Spite of Himself” by Moliere in the Commons at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 10 and Saturday, May 11.  Tickets are $5.00.
